BASIC FEES

Our minimum brokerage or buyer agent fee is $3,500. We charge 10% of the selling price for aircraft with a selling price up to $200,000. For selling prices $200,000-400,000 7.0%, of the selling price and for aircraft from $400,000 - $1,000,000, 6% of the selling price.  For sales above $1,000,000, 5%. Brokerage fee is based on aircraft in good working order and no damage history. An additional fee of 1% will be applied to all aircraft with damage history. Plus expenses. I have over 35 years of experience flying different small airplanes as a pilot. I have also work experience working in an aircraft maintenance organication as a customer and production manager. I have sold and bought several aircrafts mainly in the European territory, USA market is also well known for me.
